If a payment fails, check your payment method details, internet connection, and account balance. You can also retry the payment or contact our support team at (031) 100-0324.
You will receive a notification for transactions that require your attention. Simply log in, go to the 'Transactions' tab, select the transaction, and choose 'Approve' or 'Reject'.
